Tim Yorke is the founder of Sequent Consulting.  He is a highly experienced, award-winning C-level IT, Operations and Transformation consultant, specialising in the insurance and financial services sector.    He has designed, led and delivered transformation initiatives in many organisations that have required a step-change in operational and financial performance in the UK, Europe and the US. He has in-depth experience delivering strategic initiatives incorporating all aspects of organisational, technology, and people change across all elements of the insurance sector.

Tim is an adjunct member of the faculty at Ashridge Executive Education, where he has taught on Change Leadership.
